Founded in 1820 in Canelli, in the heart of Italian Piedmont, Tosti1820 is a historic house specializing in the production of sparkling wines and vermouths. Tasting

The color is pale yellow with luminous reflections and fine, regular and persistent pearling. The nose is fresh and delicate, mixing fruity aromas with a subtle floral and aromatic touch. On the palate, the attack is supple and lively, offering a nice balance between the characteristic sweetness of the Extra Dry style, a pleasant freshness and a slight hint of bitterness typical of Prosecco. The finish is clean, elegant and thirst-quenching, making this cuvée an excellent aperitif as well as an ideal companion for light meals and moments of conviviality.
