Founded in 1820 in Canelli, in the heart of Italian Piedmont, Tosti1820 is a historic house specializing in the production of sparkling wines and vermouths. For seven generations, the family business has perpetuated know-how combining tradition and innovation, by selecting the best Italian terroirs and grape varieties. ORO Asti DOCG represents the most premium expression of Tosti1820 know-how. Presented in the house's emblematic bottle, dressed for the occasion with an elegant golden finish, this cuvée combines oenological excellence and visual refinement. Made from Moscato Bianco di Canelli from the best vineyards located around Canelli, it benefits from a long fermentation and aging process of almost four months, bringing structure, complexity and freshness to this naturally sweet wine, while preserving the authentic aromatic expression of the grape variety.

Tasting

Bright straw yellow color with sparkling reflections, enlivened by abundant foam and fine, regular and persistent perlage. The nose seduces with its aromatic intensity, mixing delicate floral notes and seductive fruity aromas characteristic of Moscato Bianco. On the palate, the natural sweetness of the wine is perfectly balanced with a fresh and invigorating acidity, offering a harmonious, elegant and delicious texture. The finish, long and fragrant, prolongs the aromas of fresh grapes and leaves an impression of remarkable finesse. Served between 4 and 6°C, it is an ideal accompaniment to desserts, fresh fruit, refined pastries or moments of celebration.
