Founded in 1820 in Canelli, in the heart of Italian Piedmont, Tosti1820 is a historic house specializing in the production of sparkling wines and vermouths. For seven generations, the family business has perpetuated know-how combining tradition and innovation, by selecting the best Italian terroirs and grape varieties. Recognized for its expertise in sparkling wines, Tosti1820 offers a diverse range of iconic vintages, including Moscato Spumante made from Moscato Bianco grapes, an iconic grape variety known for its aromatic intensity. Vinification begins with gentle pressing of the grapes, followed by immediate refrigeration of the must in order to preserve all the freshness and aromas of the fruit. Foaming is carried out in an autoclave at low temperature, resulting in a soft, light and harmonious sparkling wine.

Tasting

The color is bright straw yellow, enlivened by abundant foam and fine, regular and persistent perlage. The bouquet is fresh, fruity and delicately aromatic, revealing the characteristic notes of the Moscato grape. On the palate, the sweetness is harmoniously balanced with a pleasant freshness, offering a light and delicious texture. The finish, persistent and expressive, prolongs the fruity and floral aromas of the grape variety, bringing a sensation of finesse and elegance. Served between 6 and 8°C, this sparkling wine seduces with its fragrant character and its great ease of tasting.
