Between the monumental Andes, several opposite mountain chains (Cordillera de la Costa) and the powerful Pacific Ocean extends the central valle, the central valley of Chile. It consists of four valleys. To the north is the Maipo, followed by the Valle del Rapel, then the Curicaló and finally, in the south, of the Maule. The area of ​​its vineyard is immense. In total, the vineyards of the four main valleys represent approximately 90 % of the total area of ​​the Chilean vineyard. This represents around 124,000 hectares of vineyards in the central valle. The Cabernet Sauvignon red grape variety represents around 30 % of all the grape varieties in this wine region. Protected from the wind, the grapes ripen during hot days and fresh nights.

Tasting

This Cabernet Sauvignon has pleasant fruity aromas, it is easy to drink and has powerful notes of berries, chocolate as well as a touch of vanilla. It is ideal for accompanying different kinds of meat, pasta and cheeses. Serve between 15 and 17 ° C.
