The Bordeaux “Les Hauts de Goëlane” comes from a rigorous selection of terroirs located in the Entre-deux-Mers region on pretty valleys which favor planting on hillsides, where we find predominantly clay-limestone and gravelly soils. Winemaking is traditional, where the wine is fermented and macerated. It then undergoes malolactic fermentation before aging in oak barrels for 6 months, which will release its tannins and optimize its conservation while improving it.

Tasting

A wine with a pretty deep red color with rather ruby ​​nuances. The nose develops aromas of black fruits with a discreet and melted vanilla note. It has a good structure and presents itself as a round and delicately wooded wine. Pairings: red meats and small game birds.
