Lacroix-Martillac is a plot selection from the young vines of Château Latour-Martillac, Cru Classé de Graves in 1953. The vineyard is located on an exceptional terroir of Quaternary gravel in the heart of the Pessac-Léognan appellation.
Tasting
Lacroix-Martillac is an elegant wine offering deliciousness and freshness. The first nose is ripe and fresh. Toasted touches and black fruits are revealed when the wine is agitated. The attack is supple, broad and juicy. The tannins, while present, fade behind a sensation of roundness and flesh.
