Eager to offer a wine developed like the first and anxious to meet the growing demand for wines to taste in their young age for catering and wine merchants, Jean Gautreau created the Sociando-Mallet reserve. Ce vin est élaboré à partir de raisins produits et sélectionnés par le château, avec les mêmes méthodes de travail et la même rigueur que pour le grand vin du domaine, il bénéficie ainsi de tout le savoir-faire des techniciens du château. The harvests are manual in crates, the vinification less advanced than that of large wine and a traditional breeding in tanks and 25% in new barrels make it a round and charming wine for immediate pleasure.

Tasting

Dense dress of garnet red color. Fruity nose and sea, flexible and digestible mouth, well fruity, giving off a feeling of lightness and ending with fairly fine tannins. Nice immediate pleasure. Food-wine agreements: grilled red meats, fish, meats and dishes in sauce, veal liver, small feathered and hair game.
