Comment

The Le Verger estate comes from a predominantly clay-limestone terroir. Alain Geoffroy's vines are 20 to 40 years old and face south-east. On arrival in the vat room, the grapes are immediately pressed in pneumatic presses and the musts are allowed to settle for 24 hours in order to eliminate coarse particles.

Tasting

Very beautiful pale yellow gold green dress. Brilliant, luminous and clear. Young appearance. The nose is young and fresh, it is expressed lively in a whirlwind of fine floral and fruity scents. The palate is lively, pleasant and fruity, it makes us discover lemon and lemongrass in a delicately mineral universe. The finish is pleasant, it leaves the mouth fresh and fragrant. 10 to 12° as an aperitif or for the pleasure of tasting, 12 to 13° as an accompaniment to food.
