The wine estate extends over 47 hectares, located on the most famous hillsides of the Nantes vineyards around the town of Clisson, the vines flourish on a pretty clay-schisto-silt and granite terroir. Winemakers from father to son for 150 years, Lionel Métaireau passionately perpetuates the family know-how and the traditions of the vineyard. Committed to a sustainable agriculture approach, the estate is Terra Vitis certified, guaranteeing respect for the vines, the terroir and the environment, while controlling yields to optimize the quality of the wines.

Tasting

This wine with a bright straw yellow color presents pleasant aromas of blackcurrant sprouts. The palate is excellent and fresh. Ideal as an aperitif, with hors d’oeuvres, seafood, or fish in sauce. Serve chilled (9°C).
