The wine estate extends over 47 hectares, located on the slopes of the Nantes vineyard in Clisson. Winegrowers from father to son for more than seven generations, Sylvie and Laurent Perraud passionately perpetuate the family know-how and the traditions of the vineyard. Committed to a sustainable agriculture approach, the estate is Terra Vitis certified, guaranteeing respect for the vines, the terroir and the environment, while controlling yields to optimize the quality of the wines. The vines flourish on a lovely clay-schisto-silt and granite terroir, located on the most renowned hillsides around the town of Clisson.

Tasting

This straw-yellow colored wine has a powerful nose, with aromas of hawthorn, citrus and lemon. The palate, excellent and fresh on the attack, is harmonious and concentrated, giving this wine real aging potential. Ideal as an aperitif in kir or plain, or with seafood, shellfish and fish in sauce. Serve chilled (9°C).
