Welcome aboard for a trip to the Atlantic coast! This white wine is like a sea breeze that refreshes the senses, a companion full of vitality to brighten up your moments of sharing. A nomadic wine by nature. The bunches are harvested early in the morning to preserve all the freshness of the berries. Direct pressing then follows; the bunches are pressed directly without prior maceration, then settling, which consists of decanting the grape juice before starting fermentation. The wine then ferments in vats at a controlled temperature of 16°C.

Tasting

Pale yellow color with crystalline reflections. Fresh and lively aromas of white-fleshed fruit and citrus with a touch of boxwood typical of Sauvignon. Lively and refreshing on the palate, marked by notes of grapefruit, lime and white peach. To be enjoyed between 8 and 10°C. Atlantic Side will be ideal as an aperitif, with a seafood platter, oysters, grilled fish, pesto pasta, fresh cheeses, and even with sushi.
