Comment

Welcome aboard for a trip to the Atlantic coast! This rosé wine is like a ray of sunshine peeking through the clouds, a companion full of good humor for all moments of life. A nomadic wine by nature. The bunches are harvested early in the morning to preserve all the freshness of the berries. Direct pressing then follows; the bunches are pressed directly without prior maceration. The pressing is then very slow and the skins have time to give a light, finely pinkish color to the juice. We then proceed to settling, which consists of decanting the grape juice before starting fermentation. The wine then ferments in vats at a controlled temperature of 16°C.

Tasting

Pale pink color with slightly bluish reflections. Aromas of fresh red fruits (strawberry, raspberry, cherry) highlighted by subtle citrus notes. Well balanced palate with a fresh and crunchy attack. To be enjoyed between 8 and 10°C. Côté Atlantique will be ideal as an aperitif, with a charcuterie platter, tapas, grilled meats, a summer salad, spicy dishes with Asian flavors or even with sushi.
