À une heure à peine au sud de Barcelone se trouvent les vallées abritées et les collines ondulées de la pittoresque région des Penedes, l'une des régions viticoles les plus célèbres d'Espagne, avec la Rioja et le Priorat, et le plus grand producteur mondial de Cava, la version espagnole du champagne français. Viticulture has been practiced on these lands since the arrival of the Phoenicians, and fertile floors and the hot climate are that a large part of the penges is devoted to the cultivation of Dionysos fruits: in the midst of picturesque villages, rural churches and hedges extend many vineyards where Macabeo, Parellada, Xarello, CHARDONNA. Subirat, and many wine -making establishments are full -fledged tourist attractions (not to mention products!) Thanks to their Art Nouveau architecture.

Tasting

The aromas of grassy citrus are comfortably resting on a soft and non-aggressive bouquet. The lemony mouth is not too sparkling, while the lime and tangerine flavors end gently, with a pleasant and refreshing acidity.
