Clos des Orfeuilles is a true little-known treasure, located in the town of Pallet, near Nantes. An 18.5 hectare vineyard cultivated organically since 2012 on a schist, mica schist, gneiss and Quartz terroir which gives the wines a precision and energy that is completely out of the ordinary.

Tasting

Limpid color, of an unrivaled straw yellow. Intense and complex nose, between exotic fruits, citrus fruits, anise. Rich palate but which retains freshness, with full minerality. Mixing exoticism and serenity, Clos des Orfeuilles presents a complex and persistent aroma, with a beautiful length on the palate. Food and wine pairings: Smoked fish, salt-crusted sea bass, chicken with morels, roast veal. For connoisseurs, as an aperitif with very mature goat cheese. Serve between 8 and 11°C
