Family property located in the town of Laruscade, at the eastern limit of the Blayais vineyard, belonging to the Donis family for three generations, where the great-grandfather of Nathaniel Donis cultivated apple trees in addition to the vine. Nathaniel and Marie-France Donis cultivate 11 hectares of vineyards there on clay-limestone soils, and produce their wine within the Alliance Bourg cooperative.

Tasting

Pretty garnet dress with brilliant reflections. Expressive nose of ripe red berries. Fresh and fruity attack, mouth well structured with elegant tannins. Well balanced finish and a good length. It accompanies cold meats, red and white meats toasted and in sauce, grilled fish, soft cheeses and desserts. Serve between 16 ° and 18 ° C.
