Property of the Lavau family, for 6 generations presenting a beautiful diversity of soils (clay-limestone with rocky subsoil, clay-limestone and deep clay) on south-southwest facing slopes. Mechanical harvest. Maceration for 20 to 25 days in thermoregulated vats. Traditional winemaking followed by Thomas Duclos.
Tasting
Delicious and balanced wine. Its ripe fruit profile is enhanced by notes of morello cherries and its mouth is full of breadth and suppleness.
