Comment
The Haut Peyroutas property extends over approximately 10 hectares. It is located in the Dordogne on a sandy plain which is home to the main grape varieties of Saint-Emilion: Merlot, Cabernet Franc and Cabernet Sauvignon. The history of this castle is family. The vines have belonged to the Labécot family for more than 4 generations. It is the descendants of André Labécot who currently work at the Château.
Tasting
Ruby dress. On the nose, aromas of red fruits. Velvety mouthfeel with silky and persistent tannins. Pairings: red meats, game, cheeses.
