Château Baby rises on a rocky promontory offering a remarkable view of the Dordogne valley. Its vines flourish on majestic hillsides and benefit from an exceptionally rich and diverse terroir. This unique soil is a harmonious marriage of clays, limestones, silts and pink gravels, offering incomparable complexity and depth to each bottle. This geological diversity gives the wine a refined aromatic palette, where each grape variety fully expresses its character, to the great pleasure of lovers of great wines.

Tasting

Deep ruby ​​color with violet notes, limpid and brilliant. The nose is frank, evoking ripe plum and black cherry and then licorice, touches of cocoa bean as well as a touch of sweet spices (vanilla and cinnamon). On the palate, the relatively full round attack with a good restitution of the fruity aromas of the nose. Fruity and liquorice finish.
