The cooperative cellar Les Celliers d'Orfée, located in the heart of the Corbières vineyard, is a historic structure founded in 1933 and considered one of the pioneers of the wine cooperative movement in France. With a solid organization bringing together numerous winegrowers, it has established itself today as the most awarded cellar in Corbières with 75 distinctions obtained in 2025, testifying to the recognized quality of its wines. Its know-how is expressed in particular through prestigious appellations such as AOP Corbières and Corbières Boutenac, while being part of a sustainable approach with HVE3 certification and the development of an organic range. Combining tradition, innovation and qualitative standards, Les Celliers d’Orfée thus embody an essential reference in the Languedoc wine region. Merlot: Direct pressing, fermentation at low temperature to preserve the aromatic potential of the grape variety. Aging on fine lees to provide freshness and deliciousness.

Tasting

Pale color with greenish reflections, limpid and brilliant. The nose opens with notes of citrus and exotic fruits, enhanced by a slightly vegetal touch characteristic of Sauvignon Blanc. On the palate, the attack is lively and fresh, carried by aromas of lime and fresh fruit, with a very balanced finish. Ideal as an aperitif, this wine will go perfectly with seafood, grilled fish, summer salads or even goat cheeses.
