Comment

The wines produced on the sunny hillsides of the Turckheim region enjoy an ancient and noble reputation. For more than 60 years, the winegrowers of the Cave de Turckheim have been writing their history with passion and enthusiasm, and weaving the close bond between people, the land and the fruit of the vine. Observation of nature, intimate contact with the vines, respect for biodiversity and manual work are the foundations of organic viticulture and allow the production of grapes typical of and imbued with their terroir. Work in the cellar then expresses all this potential through limited use of inputs and long aging. Passion, solidarity, human commitment, preservation of heritage, dynamism and innovation are the pillars of the success of the Cave de Turckheim.

Tasting

The only red grape variety in Alsace, Pinot Noir is a light and fresh wine with aromas of red fruits and melted tannins. Pairings: grilled meats, grilled fish, poultry, tagines, cold meats, cheeses.
