The Casablanca Valley, located approximately 75 km northwest of Santiago in Chile, is one of the country's most renowned wine regions for producing cool climate white wines. Close to the Pacific Ocean, it benefits from a maritime climate marked by morning fogs and ocean breezes which moderate temperatures and prolong the ripening of the grapes. These conditions make it possible to preserve high natural acidity and develop intense aromas of citrus and tropical fruits in the wines. Although viticulture is relatively recent, the region has quickly established itself on the international scene thanks to the quality of its emblematic grape varieties, notably Sauvignon Blanc and Chardonnay. Wines from the Casablanca Valley are distinguished by their freshness, liveliness and expressive aromatic profile, which makes them particularly appreciated with seafood and summer dishes.

Tasting

A bright golden color and an alluring bouquet of tropical fruits such as pineapple and mango, accompanied by subtle notes of citrus and vanilla, give this Chardonnay a fresh and lively taste experience. On the palate, the wine impresses with its ample body, a slightly creamy texture and a touch of aging in oak barrels providing depth and complexity. Its well-balanced acidity gives it a lively and clean finish.
