The Bordeaux sweet appellation designates a sweet white wine produced throughout the Bordeaux vineyards, made mainly from grape varieties such as Sémillon, Sauvignon and Muscadelle. Located between dry and sweet wines, it is characterized by a moderate sugar content (12 to 45 g/L), obtained thanks to late harvests and over-ripening of the grapes. Initially, we had a clear desire: to capture the essence of a smooth Bordeaux, without artifice, in a wine that was both delicious and faithful to its origin. From this idea was born "Place de la Bourse", fashioned from a typically Girondin blend. Year after year, it has gained in confidence, naturally finding its place in our range, until today it has become a cuvée that fully reflects our vision: a simple, fair, sweet Bordeaux... and deeply endearing.

Tasting

A golden yellow color. On the nose, we find notes of dried fruits, honey and citrus fruits. On the palate the attack is supple, well balanced, good typicity for this soft white Bordeaux. Ideal as an aperitif, as an accompaniment to fish, cheeses or even fruit compotes. Serve around 10°C.
