Comment

The floors are granitic, alluvium river glacial with some terraces of rolled pebbles from the Rhône or Loess. The climate is temperate, with an almost permanent wind that blows and dries up the air along the Rhone corridor. Vinification begins with a severe selection of clusters, according to two criteria maturity and health. The harvest is completely culminated. Ferimental maceration is done with extraction techniques, such as reassembly, pigeting and load shedding. After the malolactic fermentation, the wine is high 12 months in stainless steel tank.

Tasting

Ruby, limpid red dress with violent brown shades. Subtle, complex nose, with pleasant aromas of fresh, spicy fruit, and with slightly grilled notes. Structured mouth, fruity, spicy aromas and elegant tannins.
