Brasserie Fait Papillon was created in July 2017 in Bordeaux-Mérignac, born from Jocelyn and Mathilde's passion for craft beer. Their leitmotif is to offer beers original and balanced. Since May 2022, the beers in the permanent and ephemeral ranges have been certified organic. All raw materials used come from organic farming. The malts come from La Malterie de l’Ouest (Charente-Maritime) and the hops from Hopen – Terre de Houblon (Lot-Et-Garonne). The boxes are made in Gironde, the labels in Dordogne and the bottles in Aisne.

Tasting

Hoppy blond beer. Nose marked by hops, which bring floral and citrus notes. On the palate, these notes are confirmed and are accompanied by a moderate bitterness which gives this recipe a beautiful relief.
